Years ago, Eddie Murphy used to do a sketch about his grandmother and how she never could remember what time it was. I am now that grandmother! We're in a different time zone and have yet to really adjust. I think my mind is still in Eastern Standard Time, and my body is in Central and that's not a good mix. To make matters worse, we'll have to adjust yet again tomorrow.
Lessons learned.
1. Free continental breakfast is over at 9:00 am in Central time zone...not Eastern.(We missed breakfast this morning)
2. 9 year old boys have boundless energy. (Jonathan could care less about breakfast. He's in the pool!)
